With finite resources, how do we prioritize philanthropic activities in our communities? Further, having made interventions, how do we determine their level of impact and overall effectiveness? The U.S. Prosperity Index has been developed as a transformational tool to help inform the strategic priorities within your communities and monitor the impact of related initiatives and programs. For each county in Florida, a detailed assessment of prosperity, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, can be accessed here. A summary report on the performance of Florida’s counties compared to other counties across the United States can be found here. During this session, Shaun Flanagan, Director of Impact & Partnerships at the Legatum Institute, will explain what is meant by prosperity, how it is measured and the resources available to you, to help better understand the extent to which your communities are attaining economic, institutional and social well-being and what might be some of the barriers preventing this. This program is free and open to all FPN Members. Please join us!
