Executive Leader
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville

Jacksonville, FL

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville, Inc. seeks a highly qualified individual to serve as its executive leader. The executive leader is a full-time, exempt, salaried employee reporting to the President of the Board of Directors. The executive is responsible for supporting the Board in the development of the vision, strategy, and strategic plan for the organization and for the successful implementation of that plan. In partnership with the committees of the Board of Directors, the executive designs the overall policy and procedures for the general operations, has financial accountability, maintains public relations, develops partnerships with key stakeholders, and is responsible for the implementation and execution of the organization's fundraising strategy. The executive has 24-hours a day, seven days a week responsibility for the operation of the organization.
