The Executive Director of The Immokalee Foundation, which provides “pathways to success for the children of Immokalee” through a range of programs include: Take Stock in Children scholarships and mentoring; vocational training; reading tutors for elementary students; First Tee of Naples/Collier golf program; and community grants. The Foundation is growing rapidly in programs, revenues and staff, and now has a budget of approximately $2 million, all privately raised, and twelve employees. See immokaleefoundation.org.

The Executive Director reports to the Chair of the Foundation and is responsible for all aspects of the Foundation’s operations, including program management, donor development, and administration. The position requires: commitment to the mission of the Foundation; leadership and people development skills; the ability to communicate effectively with donors and potential donors; and the ability to create and manage cost-effective programs, often in partnership with other organizations.
